Lawsuit Seeks To Compel U.S. EPA Disclosure Of Pesticide Inert Ingredients
On March 5, 2014, several environmental groups filed a lawsuit against U.S. EPA seeking to compel the public disclosure of “inert” ingredients in pesticide products.
