D.C. Circuit Rejects Sierra Club Challenges to LNG Exports
On November 1, 2017, the United States District Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit rejected Sierra Club National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) challenges to the Department of Energy’s (“DOE”) authorization of export of liquefied natural gas from three facilities in Louisiana, Maryland, and Texas.
